Sim only to full phone and contract

How do I access my old SIM only contract when it has been replaced with my new phone contract(on the same SIM card) the only info I can see in my account is my new deal which is all payed and updated. I’ve been sent a final notice to pay off my old account but I am unable to see this and there for unable to cancel that account to stop further charges without cancelling my current contract. I’ve talked to live chat and they can’t give me an answer that seems like it will help.

I’m a little confused here, if you’re on the same SIM card, it’ll be the same account and the same contract.

 

Have you had a contract with us, moved to another network and then come to a new iD contract?
