sim suddenly stopped working

I'm new with you and have had no SIM trouble for the last month but now it suddenly no longer works. I've turned off and on, removed SIM, restarted my phone and followed all instructions. Can you send me new SIM please?

Anyone want to deal with this? I see ID mobile happily responding to be customer requests but not for existing customers. I'm happy to cancel my direct debit and move elsewhere as it's impossible to get hold of someone at this point in time... I'll give it until the morning.
