Hi, I have had a Pay Monthly SIM contract for a year now with ID. However due to money issues want to swap to Pay As You Go. I ordered the Pay As You Go ID SIM and I want to keep my number. How do I do this?

Unfortunately, you would be unable to port your existing iD number to the Pay as you go sim as we do not support internal migrations.
