I logged in on the website to top-up and it somehow billed me three times instead of one. I didn’t use the browser back/refresh buttons so it wasn’t my fault, the website kept putting up “oops” error pages and apparently that meant it was billing me.
Even worse, the credit never appeared on my account, despite the charges showing on the top up transactions page and my banking app.
What is going on? Is the website fit for purpose?
