I can’t find my transaction id on my Curry’s receipt. There was no invoice in the package delivered. Any suggestions? I also don’t have a. phone yet for the SIM so can’t request the PAC code through the ID site as it requires me to authenticate through the id phone number by sms.

If you’re a new iD customer, your new SIM card is active.
Use another phone with your new iD SIM, so you can receive the authentication SMS from iD.

A transaction number should be somewhere on your emails, this number will begin with a “4”.
The new phone number may also be in your emails, if you’re unable to find either of these in your emails from us please get in touch so we can assist.
