Trouble getting PAC code

Keep trying all day (from 10:16 am now 21:00)  to get PAC code but with no success  keep getting message 👇

”Hi ,  we've encountered an unexpected system issue and are unable to process your PAC request. We're working on fixing the issue as quickly as possible. Please try again in a few hours. We apologise for any inconvenience - iD Mobile” 

Anyone have any idea how long that repair will last …

Hi @Alina M, I’m not aware of any issues with the PAC system. How are you requesting this, via text? I’d recommend dropping the Live Chat team a message, they should be able to help.
