Unable to cancel my mum's account as the Cancel/Switch link doesn't work

My elderly Mum is in a care home and is too frail to use her phone anymore so I wish to cancel it. I have power of attorney and I have access to her portal but when I click on the link to ‘Switch or Cancel Now’  https://www.porting.idmobile.co.uk/AutoSwitchingCommunity this creates an error

Thank you that suggestion was helpful. I was able to access that page without an error using MS Edge rather than Chrome so I am able to cancel the plan.
