Hi @hazelmog1

We are sorry to hear about the issues you are facing with your coverage.

Please can you confirm the postcode area where you are experiencing these issues?

@hazelmog41

There are reported wide spread issues with the three network effecting text, however thankfully my voice calls still working for now! ( iD Mobile runs on the Three Network)

In the meantime try turning the mobile off and back on then try turning on airplane mode and off and see if you voice calls come back for now!

Hi @hazelmog41,

We did have some network issues relating to the sending and receiving of text messages on Saturday, but these have since been fixed. Are you still having the same issue, or is it resolved now?

Hi

Unfortunately I am having signal problems, having to use my home wifi but cant use the internet away from home. Also my signal is either nil, or just 1 bar.

I can send and receive both calls and texts now, but only whilst at home.

Really inconvenience as I pay for unlimited calls, texts and 30g of data.

Please help

Thanks

I switched my number over and am able to send and receive iMessages on my new iPhone, I can receive text messages but can’t send them, it keeps saying message send failure.
I have tried the steps advised but still can’t send a text message.

Hello @Lissy,

Try the following:

1)    Turn off iMessage (Settings > Messages)
2)    Restart your phone (by pressing and holding the on/off button)
3)    Tap Settings > Phone > My Number and confirm that it is correct.
4)    If it is not correct, please enter the correct number
5)    Turn iMessage back to On (Settings > Messages)
6)    Finally, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and see if the correct number is displayed under “Start new conversations from:”.

Hoping this fixes the issue.

Mohammed
