upcoming cost

I forgot to send over my money to my current bank and the upfront cost didn’t come out what I do I now ?

Try to find your iD Mobile order reference number, then call iD telesales team on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.

Have you got a delivery date notification message from DPD, for your new iD contract handset?

If you ordered after 5pm today, your order won’t be processed until tomorrow.

I ordered after 5pm will it come Thursday then? Thank you

Probably on Wednesday @Paris Crookes, as per the iD website.

The cutoff for next day delivery seems to be 8pm.

I’d recommend keeping an eye on your emails, texts or DPD app for dispatch and a tracking number from them about your order.
