hi, i placed an upgrade for my plan paid for it all but didn’t get any email confirmation or order number i’m just wondering when will i get this.
yes there was but only paid for the upfront cost.

Has the payment cleared form your bank account?
The iD Sales Team, on 020 7139 1397, might be able to assist.
every time i go on the app or website it says i’m due an upgrade even tho i just paid for an upgrade
i don’t think it’s cleared of my bank account yet
The iD app and website don’t always provide an accurate view of your iD account.
But, if you’ve:
- Authorised the upfront payment for your upgrade.
- Checked there aren’t any messages from iD in your Junk/Spam mailbox folder(s).
- The handset you order was in-stock when you ordered.
Then I suggest you contact iD using Live Chat or call the Sales Team.
