What is going on with my service? I haven't been able to make calls or send txts for over a month. I've tried several times to make a top up on my account but I keep getting an error message and now there is a problem with my monthly subscription!
Perhaps the card holder address and the address linked to your iD account are different, which would cause an issue.
Current financial regulations require the billing address and card holder address to match
Both addresses match, they always have. Nothing has changed in the last 12 months except the standard of service from ID! Looking at previous posts I can see other people have had this same issue going back nearly a year. I've tried all the different possible solutions given to other customers and not one of them has worked.
