Why is the GB not correct after upgrade. Looks like half has been used within 1 hour!

Hi,

 

I just upgraded to a 70gb 1 month from a 12gb 1 month and within 2 hours (not used) it says the following on my account… 31.6gb used of 44.3gb.

 

What does this mean? I just paid for 70gb.

 

Any help would be much appreciated

Okay @Sarah Harmer, it seems that because you’ve upgraded within the billing period of your old plan, iD have adjusted your data allowance to be a pro-rated combination of your old plan data allowance and your new plan data allowance. 

I guess if you have a live chat with ID customer service, the agent should be to explain the pro-rated data allowance.

The information that @andewhite has provided is correct.

You should be receive the full allowance amount on 12th August when your allowances renew.
