Wrong number showing on app and website

I noticed recently I’ve been billed more than expected these last few months and checked my app to investigate.

The phone number that idmobile’s app and website has magically changed from my actual number, which I have not changed for many years. I do not have an iphone and I have tried reinstalling the app. How can I get my actual number to be registered on their system? My phone still appears to have working mobile data and calls.
