Your website will not let me buy a new bundle with my Canadian credit card. Why?

It might be because the card holder address, and the address for the iD account (for the bundle) do not match. 

I’m Canadian, and your system won’t accept a Canadian address

 I originally used my brother in law’s home address, but he has since died and, as you can imagine, I can’t use his credit card.

Well I’m not an iD employee, but iD Mobile are UK based company.

iD customers would normally have a UK postal address.
As you’ve discovered, I don’t think iD Mobile’s systems will accept an overseas address, but I could well be wrong.

Hello @2MQ,

Banks have tightened security checks and now check against the billing address on the iD account.

This needs to be paid using a card registered to the same billing address as the iD account.
