I’m Canadian, and your system won’t accept a Canadian address
 I originally used my brother in law’s home address, but he has since died and, as you can imagine, I can’t use his credit card.Â

Well I’m not an iD employee, but iD Mobile are UK based company.
iD customers would normally have a UK postal address.
As you’ve discovered, I don’t think iD Mobile’s systems will accept an overseas address, but I could well be wrong.
