Hi there, looking for help on how to get a refund.
On my account it says I had to pay manually so I did as my direct debit landed on a Sunday. I manually sent a payment of £58 and a couple of days later they took the payments themselves. Thanks

I am sorry to hear about that! Unfortunately, making a manual payment close to the Direct Debit date will still cause the funds to be taken via Direct Debit on the next available working day. We will send you a PM now in order to have the extra payment refunded back to you. 🙂
