Can't set up Direct Debit

I need to speak to a human and not a bot I can't set up my direct debit it's says some rubbish about not being the right bank details and why cant I find any contact numbers and not a BOT!

Please ensure the bank account you’re trying to use is a UK-based account registered in your name, and that you’re entering all details correctly, matching exactly what your bank holds on record for you.

If you’re still having issues, you may wish to delete and reinstall the app.
