5 days till upgrade can i do it early to ensure delivery when i am home

My contract is ok for an upgrade on the 18th, can I order my upgrade so it arrives on the 19th, as this is the only day that I will be at home (school run during the week and no delivery on weekends from your courier) i know I will have to pay the rest of my contract off and I know I will get charged for my new phone from its activation day. I am also aware that i will have to pay the next months line rental up front, I just want to know how to do the upgrade.

Hello @Rhb,

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to upgrade any earlier than the upgrade date as this is the earliest we can offer an upgrade.

So if i order my upgrade on the morning of the 18th will it turn up on Friday 19th? 

It says on your website that upgrades have a next day delivery.

That would be correct. Ordering a handset upgrade early enough on Thursday would provide delivery on Friday.
