Hi, I would like to change my number, but can’t get through to anyone on 7777.

Can you please advise how to do this?

Hi @rosiep,

The phone line is only available to use for automated account services but if you contact our Live Chat Team here, they can help process a number change for you. There is a £25 charge for changing your number or it is free if you have a crime reference number relating to the change.
