I recently changed my plan but have received a text discussing a large termination fee. Is there a way to cancel my change and remain on my old plan? I never intended to cancel my current plan.
Hey
Could you let me know the steps you took to change your plan? Would you be able to post the screenshot of the text that you received and hide all sensitive data like your mobile number if visible anywhere?
Kind Regards
Gregor
The problem is, it’s my Gran (age 85) that’s done this during lockdown. She doesn’t know how to screenshot but says the text says “sorry you have chosen to leave, if you exit your contract now you will be charge £XXX” I think her neighbour changed her plan online for her as she was using a lot of data.
