change upgrade

Ive selected my upgrade and signed up to it all but now says not in stock for afew weeks and if i want to change my choice of upgrade then to visit the website on my account but i can not find anywhere where it says where to go on the website and the phone lines are closed so not to sure what to do? any help would be appreciated thanks
