All our contracts (whether 1 month rolling, or 12/ 24-month contracts) would continue to carry on as they were until you either changed your plan/ upgraded -or- informed us you would like to disconnect the line or receive a PAC to move the number elsewhere.

If you call us on 7777 from your ID Mobile number, or let our Social Media Team know over at:
http://facebook.com/idmobileuk/
http://twitter.com/id_mobile_uk
They'd just need 30 days notice to get that line disconnected for you.

Get in touch close to the contract end date if you're looking for a PAC (code) to move the number to another network. Once the number transfer is complete, the old ID account would then be disconnected (though if you did not move the number, the line would remain active with us).
