Hi, My mother who is 86 has a contract with you but only has a small data allowance, she has no wifi either. During these times of isolation I have managed to explain how to face call which has been lovely and has allowed her to still feel part of the family, however, I was wondering if you have any plans to also give unlimited data to the over 70's too ? Hello @Data for over 70's,

 

We’re not currently offering unlimited data, but have applied unlimited minutes and texts so she should be able to use these no problem.

 

If she’s on a SIM-only plan, perhaps a change of plan may help here so she’s got some data to use in the interim.

 

We also offer a range of data add-ons should she need some extra data as a one-off.
