IM due an upgrade...my phone as of yesterday wont charge so perfect time to upgrade....went through all necessary bits to get my new phone...woke up this morning to an email saying I've been denied upgrade????
I have2% battery on my phone n desperately need a new phone...ordered a new 1 tday...hope it goes through else its bye bye ID…
Any ideas on what to do?
