I have tried to upgrade from monthly rolling contract to 12 months contract. However, the first time I tried to proceed with the upgrade once it got to the payment part, the site crashed. The second time I tried to upgrade once it got to the payment part, the site crashed again.The third time I tried the upgrade went through. However, now I received emails with different reference numbers which indicates that I have two upgrades and I also noticed three payments were taken from my bank account. Does that mean I have three upgrades and who to contact to cancel two of them? Thank you for your help
