Ended with three upgrades due to ID site crashing

I have tried to upgrade from monthly rolling contract to 12 months contract. However, the first time I tried to proceed with the upgrade once it got to the payment part, the site crashed. The second time I tried to upgrade once it got to the payment part, the site crashed again.The third time I tried the upgrade went through. However, now I received emails with different reference numbers which indicates that I have two upgrades and I also noticed three payments were taken from my bank account. Does that mean I have three upgrades and who to contact to cancel two of them? Thank you for your help

We are sorry to hear about this issue! It is not possible to upgrade more than once but it sounds as though you may have ordered 2 or even 3 brand new contract plans. We will issue you with a PM now to offer further support with having those cancelled.
