failed SIM Swap after upgrade

I received a new sim with my upgrade, inserted in new phone and tried to activate through the ID app.

received message on the app saying it is being processed then another saying completed.

there is still no service on the handset after restart etc.

 

can anyone help please?

Hello @MartinLC,

Have you checked both the old and the new SIM.

Are neither working now?

 

Can you try the new SIM in another device also?

Managed to get on live chat with customer service advisor and all sorted now,
