I have just upgraded to Samsung A71 and received the phone yesterday, however it appears to be faulty.
The touch screen response to anything is incredibly slow. I have not even been able to follow the instructions on the phone to set it up due to the poor response it’s not even taking me onto the next screen to continue! I have tried this numerous times and have inserted the sim card again and even restarting and shutting down the phone takes 3 or 4 attempts to respond!
I have had many Samsung upgrades over the years and not experienced this before, so I’m hoping this is just a one off faulty phone!
PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW I RETURN THIS PHONE AND ARRANGE FOR A REPLACEMENT URGENTLY ??, Also do I keep the sim that came with the new phone or return this as well???
I need a new phone URGENTLY as my old phone is no longer reliable which I need for work.
Now that my new sim has been activated I cannot make calls or send texts etc from old phone, so I currently do not have a working phone.
YOUR URGENT RESPONSE IS APPRECIATED
