Higher bill after upgrade

hi

 

I've just upgraded and they just sent me a bill already same day and its for a lot more than the monthly fee agreed anybody know why.

Hi @Bev-ann, it could be a pro-rata adjusment, or it could be additional charges accrued last month. Your best bet is to contact our Live Chat team who’ll be able to shed some light.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
