How can I return my contract/upgrade?

I have had my new contract phone for 16 days. I have changed my mind and am in the post returns time frame however I can not get hold of anyone. Live chat is like it is non existing and call centres are still shut due to covid. I'm running out of time can somebody please contact me

Sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the handset.

We can help set-up a return and get this sent back to our Warehouse.

They’ll then check the condition of the handset and make sure all contents are there and process the return.
