How long does it take for a sim only upgrade to become active?

Hi,

This morning I upgraded my sim-only deal through the ID app but it is still not showing any recognition of this upgrade on the app. How long should this take to come through?

Hello @thunt,

The upgrade is connected when the SIM is sent out with the upgrade.

 

Allow until tonight and if it’s not showing in the app around 8PMish, let us know here via this thread.
