I can't can my SIM due to the customer number not working

I have been trying to cancel a SIM that has not been used for well over a year ( I stopped using it and no longer have it ) - I have been trying to call the customer support number to cancel this but the support desk is not currently in place due to covid . I cancelled my direct debit a few months back in frustration and now I am getting missed payments on my credit score . This situation is wholly unacceptable - ID can see that no calls or traffic have been made on the SIM for well over a year , but as I cannot call them to cancel I am in a very difficult position. I have looked for live chat but that seems to have disappeared also .
