i got sim only contract but cant upgrade

I got sim contract online and I’m worried because my friends got sim contract online and is eligible now but she can’t upgrade to iPhone 11 or 12 pro Mac or other phone so I’m worried

Hello @Sami1996,

The upgrade eligibility is determined by your credit score at the point of purchase. 

We don’t run a new credit check for upgrading but handsets are selected based on that. 

You may have the iPhone 11/12 pro Max show whilst she did not.
