I have been sent a new contract instead of a plan change

I am an existing customer of ID Mobile. I recently changed my plan. I have been sent a new Sim and a new phone number. It now looks as if I have 2 plans.How do I resolve this

I am sorry to hear that! It looks as though you have purchased a brand new plan rather than processing a plan change/upgrade. We would advise logging back into your account to view your upgrade options to ensure that the upgrade is requested.
