I have two direct debits for two plans

I had a monthly contract that was due an upgrade and used live chat to discuss my options. I chose to change to a pay as you go sim.

I now have a direct debit for my old monthly plan and my new pay as you go.

The only way I can see to end my monthly contract would be to close it all together, whereas I would like to keep my number and just have the pay as you go plan.

Unfortunately the direct debit for my monthly plan was also taken and I would like this refunded please.

Hi @Victoria Taylor,

When you mention you purchased a Pay As You Go plan, do you mean that it was a SIM-only plan with monthly allowance? Pay As You Go plans would usually be topped up rather than being paid by Direct Debit. In either case, it looks as though a new plan has been purchased altogether instead of going for an upgrade. The best way forward would be to return the new plan and then upgrade your old plan in order to keep your number.

If you can contact our Live Chat Team here, they will be able to assist you with the return of the new plan.
