I've only just joined. Can I change my tariff?

Hi, I’ve only just joined iD Mobile in the last few days.

 

I’ve got unlimited data, calls and texts on a 12 month sim only tariff.

 

However, I’ve since realised that I don’t need unlimited data. Am I am able to reduce my Tariff or do I have to wait for 12 months?

Hi @gazzeruk,

Our 12-month SIM-only tariffs can only be changed to a lower amount once the 12-month period has ended.
