I have brought a sim only deal a couple of years ago at the time it was unlimited minutes and texts and 20gb data for £20  a month rolling contract . However on the app I have found a sim only deal for unlimited everything £20 a month rolling contract. I would like to know if I upgrade sim only deal to get everything for £20 a month my future bill payments would be £20 a month not £40 a month right? Please confirm. Thank you

Hi @hussain7864,

If you log into your account online or through our app, you can see what plan changes are available and as long as you are logged in, you can do the plan change without buying a brand new contract.
