Hi,
I have been part of ID mobile with a sim only contract for the last year. I recently wanted to upgrade and did this as directed on the ID App but now it is not letting me keep my new number and I dont have a PAC Number as previously with ID. How can I keep my number and why isn’t it letting me keep it when it’s been my existing number already on ID?
Please can I have guidance ASAP?
