ID Upgrade - Number not transferring

Hi,

I have been part of ID mobile with a sim only contract for the last year. I recently wanted to upgrade and did this as directed on the ID App but now it is not letting me keep my new number and I dont have a PAC Number as previously with ID. How can I keep my number and why isn’t it letting me keep it when it’s been my existing number already on ID?

 

Please can I have guidance ASAP?

Hi @VWatt,

 

With an upgrade, your number remains the same, so it wouldn’t be a case of bringing in your old number, as you’d be retaining the new one.

 

Have you received a new handset and SIM card? if so, has that SIM card got a brand new number on it? If so, it may be that you’ve taken out a 2nd line rather than upgraded. if that is the case, let us know and we’ll help you get that sorted.
