I've bought a iD Pay Monthly SIM card recently. It arrived and everything was alright but since then, I was unable to locate the receipt/document that was located inside the packaging so I am unable to transfer my number from my old service to this one.

If you go to our website here, you’ll be able to register your new iD Mobile account.
When doing so, please ensure you’re entering the iD Mobile number that we gave you with your SIM. Once registered, you’ll be able to log in and provide your PAC code and old number you’re moving over within there.
So that way you wouldn’t need the transaction number.
