I have bought a Doro 1370 for my gran to replace the Doro 6520. The sim is not working in the new phone, it won’t find a network. Can you advise?

I am not 100% sure because it is very hard to find full specification of Doro 1370 online but I am thinking it may not support 3G network connectivity which iD Mobile requires to work. Your Doro 6520 had that 3G support for 100% that's why iD Mobile was working fine in there. I would suggest to return this phone to the retailer and find another Doro that will definitely support 3G.
