My phone number is meant to have been switched over to my new phone when we registered with the PAC code, but calls are not being directly received on my new phone, and my number keeps coming up on others’ phones as the new number which i do not want. This means i have to take both my old phone and my new phone with me everywhere.

We’re sorry to hear that. If it has been more than 2 working days since supplying us with your PAC code then the port request may need to be submitted again before the PAC code expires. Please can you contact our Live Chat Team here between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday to ask for it to be submitted again?
