my switch has not happened

my switch from EE has not happened. Why is this? I supplied PAC etc. several days ago.

Hi there @Graham Wilson 

Speaking generally.  If we had received your details fine then a number port should only take 1-2 working days at the most.

If you’re still waiting at this point, then you may need to provide those details again.


What we recommend you do is register your account on our website here: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount

Be sure to use the number that we gave you with the iD SIM when doing so.  Once registered, you can then provide your PAC (code) and number and that should get the ball rolling.

No progress is made over the weekend, so it would likely be Monday/ Tuesday if you did that today.
