Need to change my plan but having trouble doing so

I have 3  contract phone accounts in my name ( for me, my wife and daughter). I have one email account. My daughters phone is linked to the mobile app which doesn’t allow multiple numbers, no idea why not. My daughters phone is linked to the mobile app. I want to change the plan on my phone but when calling ID automated service it doesn’t recognise the last 2 digits of my current bank account, it must be using an old bank account last 2 digits which I do not know. I cannot speak to ID because they are the only company in the world that are still shielding. Can anyone help me?

Hello @jasonjp,

 

Each iD account must be registered with it’s own email address.

Currently, we don’t support multiple accounts under 1 username.

 

If you haven’t already, register for the iD account for that number on https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount

Then you can log-in and change the plan.

 

If however, when registering, it says a username already exists for that number, then use the forgotten username/password tools to find your account details.
