new contact but no data

hi 

I have upgraded my phone and transferred all my photographs etc but i have no data on the new phone. How do i transfer this from the old phone?

Hello @claire1989,

Can you clarify what you mean by no data?

As in Mobile Data can’t be used on the new phone?

Have you tried turning on the Mobile Data option?
