Hello

I have one phone with you. I’m considering adding a second phone with you - a Samsung A40 24 month contract with 1GB of data. Please can you tell me what is the best deal you could do for me?

Hi My sons contract ends on the 14th of April. I want to change it from a monthly contract to a sim only one. I see you have 2 x deals which are of interest £16pm or £20pm unlimited. 

Can I purchase one of these sim deals on line and will his current contract expire on the contract date?

Sorry for the delayed response here.

 

Simply log into the iD app/account

Head to “My Account” 

Then find the Upgrade section and click upgrade

Select SIM-only

Then find the plan and complete this to switch your contract to a sIM-only plan and keeping your number.
