No confirmation of upgrade

Hi, I ordered an upgrade on my phone on Wednesday and have an order number but I haven't received a confirmation of its dispatch yet and it's been over 24 hours. It's also still showing upgrade deals on my iD mobile app, which makes me think the upgrade hasn't been processed. What should I do?

Have you tried contacting our Live Chat team? 

You’ll need to be using a desktop or laptop, rather than a mobile device.
