no sim card with order

Hi - my phone has arrived but no SIM card and my direct debit has already been taken - please could you help? My other contract ends very soon so I’m going to be stuck if I don’t receive it soon. Thanks Amy

Hello @Amy2305,

 

Is this an upgrade you ordered or a new contract? 

If it’s an upgrade, your old SIM should still be working and you can carry on using this.

 

If it’s a new contract, please let us know so we can look into this further.
