Ive had an id sim for years but now want an upgrade for my sim only deal.
For some reason id wont let me save my original number to replace the new number id have provided.
Ive asked for a PAC number but they only give me a STAC number. Does this mean i cant use my old number as its my business number as well?

In order to keep your number on a new plan, you will need to log into your account online or through your app to view your upgrade plans; this will ensure that you will keep your number whilst moving to a new plan. No PAC code is needed when upgrading your plan.
This being said, have you already bought a new contract completely? If so, we can’t move a number from one iD Mobile account over to another and you may wish to return your purchase to then upgrade your existing plan. You can find help for this here.
