PAC code not working

I want to keep my previous number (which iD provided) and put it onto my new phone. My new phone is also iD provided and when I enter the PAC code it claims it’s invalid as I’m entering an iD PAC on the iD app. Please help

Hi @chl08 

 

I’m sorry it is not possible to port an idD Mobile from one contract to another. 

You would need to upgrade your contract and return the new contract; if you want to keep your current mobile number
