Is it possible to change my sim only monthly plan costs, allowances and phone number without having to cancel my current contract?

We do offer plan changes and a plan can be changed to a different tariff once every 30-days. This can be done from within your app/account if you can log in?
In regards to changing your number, there is a £25 charge for doing this for you unless you port in a number from another network using a PAC code, then there is no charge. If you need help with changing your number with the charge, let us know and we will process the request for you.
