Is there any possibility of returning to ID after ending my plan?
I have ended my plan for leaving the UK, but now things have changed and I will be back in the UK and I would really like to keep my number. I still have got the account as it says I
will have it for 6 months, but unfortunately I couldn't get any answer from it.
I really appreciate your help on this.

Hello
You can certainly join iD Mobile again, but this will be on a new contract.
It would not be possible to retain the existing number that is now disconnected.

The importance of my old number is that I was putting it as my verification number for my Hotmail account, and now my account is locked and I can not get into my email, only by getting this code which they will send to my number? How can ID help me with that? I really appreciate your support on that as my email is my primary account for 10 years now.

The only thing we can suggest now would be to contact MSN Hotmail’s Customer Services and explain the situation to them. No doubt they should be able to provide other options to get back into your account there as they’ll have surely seen this sort of thing before.
