Hello, I have upgraded my SIM Only plan to a contracted Phone. I have received the phone and a new SIM, when trying to activate my SIM there is not enough digits on it! I have been trying for 2 days to get this resolved, the service is awful.

Which area are you having trouble with? Could you get us a screenshot of the page in question you’re trying to register on? (though please don’t include any personal details in that)
If you’ve done an upgrade on an existing account then you’ll only ever have one of the two SIM’s active. Either the old one will have updated (with your new tariff), or you’ll have the choice to activate the new SIM through the iD Mobile App.
